Now

  • Teaching: Foundations of Physics 1
    Durham University (since 2021)

First year tutor for 12 students covering classical mechanics, optics, waves, electromagnetism, special relativity and quantum mechanics.

  • Ph.D. Theoretical Physics
    Durham University (since 2020)

Researching uses of machine learning in quantum physics. Interested in using ultra-cold atoms for quantum technology.

  • Built Quizdle.app

I built a daily quiz app, and I contribute to it along with other question writers.

  • Built Ukrainian.fyi

I built an app which finds the stresses of millions of Ukrainian words.

Past

  • Teaching: Foundations of Physics 3A
    Durham University (2020 – 2021)

Delivered third year small group problem classes covering advanced quantum mechanics, nuclear physics and particle physics.

  • Master of Physics (First Class Honours)
    Newcastle University (2016 – 2020)

Dissertation: finite-temperature simulations of a quantum atomtronic interference device.
